Refund policy

Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales of opened bottles are final.

Unopened, unused bottles may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. To request an exchange, contact us at copia.fragrances@gmail.com with your order number.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Sample sets are non-returnable due to their nature.
